Force India deputy team principal Bob Fernley will sit down with Adrian Sutil and Paul di Resta following their on-track clash in China on Sunday.

The pair blamed one another for the incident which saw Sutil push Di Resta wide at the exit of the hairpin, costing the Scot several positions.

Fernley says the behaviour wasn't acceptable, especially on the first lap of the race.

"We just need to sit them down and go through the video because it's not really what we need to be doing on the first lap," he told Autosport.

"They are both good enough, and just need to sort it out between them.

"I don't think it's difficult to manage it, we just need to make sure they clearly understand that it's not acceptable, not on the first lap."
